Three different parts of the journey
PUJ publishes optional VIP arrival and departure services. Airport assistance, a departure lounge and road transport to your resort are different services. State whether you are arriving or leaving, and ask what the proposed package covers at each stage. A hotel transfer reservation alone does not provide airport VIP access.
Request for the actual flight
Provide date, airline, flight number, passenger count and ages to the official service or coordinating team. The airport states that assistance is subject to availability and advance request. Confirm the terminal and meeting instructions close to travel; never rely on a previous passenger’s entrance description.
Coordinate with your driver
Once airport assistance is confirmed, share the relevant meeting arrangement with the transfer team so both services connect. Ask for the complete price, taxes, change rules and cancellation terms. VIP service cannot guarantee flight timing or override decisions made by immigration, customs or airport authorities.
